Style of Therapy
I pride myself on being genuine throughout the therapeutic process. That includes being a mix of positive, optimistic, client-centered, inclusive, interactive, honest, and solution-focused.
I think of myself as an outside voice and set of eyes that can come into a situation, be objective, and help you in a professional manner. I want you to leave my office every time feeling good about our work together.
And yes, there is a good chance I’ll be wearing a bow tie when we meet. Thanks to my big brother, Kev, who was kind enough to teach me how to tie one so many years ago.
Providing ethical and quality services
Is of the utmost importance to me. That is why I support and follow the guideline that providing services and marketing yourself as an expert without the proper training or experience is unethical. That is one of the reasons I am dedicated to always learning more and working on my craft. It is important for me to give you, the client, the best product available and that includes staying connected with research and training.
Been there, done that?
Tried therapy before and didn’t have a good experience? If that was your past experience, I want to assure you as you therapist in Savannah GA that I take that into consideration with all of my clients and strive to give you the best possible experience. In doing so, I traditionally ask people to allow me an intake appointment to prove to you that therapy can be a positive experience.
Individuals, couples, and families are all welcome. As an inclusive therapist in Savannah GA, I believe it is never too early or too late to attend therapy.
